Grand Junction holds another meeting on linkage fees— this time focusing on affordable housing

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - Last week, the City of Grand Junction hosted a series of public meetings discussing impact fees. Another was held Monday night to discuss the city’s draft for its affordable housing linkage fee support study as well as an overall look at the impact fee study.

The draft addresses links between non-residential development and demand for affordable housing.

While the meeting was open to the public, the council did not take public comments.
