US Stocks Tumble Following Market Rout in China

ABC News-- U.S. markets opened lower Monday after China's Shanghai Composite Index fell 7 percent over weaker-than-expected manufacturing data and a falling currency.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 353 points, or 2 percent, in early trading. The Nasdaq is down 112 points and S&P 500 is off 40 points.

Trading in China had to be halted before the end of the session.
