GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT) Central softball was too much to handle for Grand Junction as the Warriors defeated the Tigers, 18-2, in four innings.
The Warriors started the scoring parade after an Aislyn Sharp two-RBI hit which led to a five-run first inning.
Central outscored the Tigers 13-2 over the next three innings.
With the win the Warriors improve to 5-2 this season and 1-0 in Southwestern League play.
Grand Junction drops to 1-9 and 0-1 in league play.
