CMU Women's Lacrosse: Hayden, Koehler lead All-RMAC team

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT) CMU women's lacrosse will play Westminster as the three seed in the first round of the RMAC tournament. The Mavericks finished the regular season 13-2.

The all-conference teams were announced and Erin Koehler and Olivia Hayden were named Players of the Year. Koehler was named Defender of the Year with 50 caused turnovers and 67 ground balls this season.

Hayden was named Midfielder of the Year. She has totaled 139 draw controls this season and 90 in just the conference games. On top of that, Hayden was named the RMAC Summit Award winner with a 4.0 grade point average while majoring in biology.

Earning second team honors are Paige Elliott, Marissa Leonardi and Mary Koch. Kenzie Blackwell, Danielle Simpson and Raquel Ruhme were honorable mentions.
