CMU Men's Basketball: DeGeorge makes home debut this weekend

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT) The Mavericks are shooting 58.3% from the field and 50% from beyond the arc.

CMU will look to bring their hot shooting streak back home for their first games of the season.

The Mavericks will host last season's NAIA Division I champions, Graceland, on Friday and Fisher on Saturday.

The team is excited to make their home debut and show off their new energy.

"We're excited. It's great to be at home finally," said head coach Mike DeGeorge. "I think that the community will really enjoy this group and how hard they are competing. I think they will see an unselfish team and that's committed to each other and plays really hard."
