The 2017 season was one the Colorado Mesa baseball pitcher Kyle Leahy will never forget. He went 13-0 with a 1.41 ERA for the Mavs helping them to their third World Series appearance and now he has another award to add to the list.
Leahy was named the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame Committee College Athlete of the Year. This made him the first ever CMU student-athlete to receive the honor.
Kyle and the Mavericks will begin their 2018 season on the road in California on February 9th against UC-San Diego.
