2018 Winter X Games: Day One

It was day three of competition of the 2018 Winter X Games.

Maggie Voisin earned the gold medal of the women's ski slopestyle event. She becomes the first U.S. women to win a gold medal in the ski slopestyle event at the X Games. Voisin is set to compete in the Winter Olympics.

Snowboard big air competitor Jamie Anderson took home a bronze medal in her run. The most decorated women in X Games history earned her fifth gold medal Friday. She will be going for her second Olympic gold medal in South Korea. Anderson won the snowboarding slopestyle event in the Sochi games in 2014.

The Winter Olympics begin February 9.
