GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- Country Jam organizers say Saturday is the busiest day of the festival.
They say more than 20,000 people come through the gates each day, with more walking up to those gates over the weekend, than the first few days.
Artist Ross Ellis is originally from Louisiana, so he’s a long way from home at this year’s Show.
The first time Country Jam performer helped open the show Saturday for acts like Lanco and Luke Bryan.
“I love playing “Ghosts,” it’s pretty cool having the SiriusXM people behind me, and putting it out there so much the last year. Seeing people sing my songs back to me is pretty amazing,” Ross Ellis, first time Country Jam artist, said.
Morgan Myles and Cole Swindle also played Saturday.
