GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT)-- A proposal to build more than a dozen town homes next to Palisade High School is going before the board of trustees on Dec. 2.
If approved, the homes will be located at 3691 G Road with 15 units.
The concept was shared with the board of trustees in July, but the subdivision will be presented at a public hearing, which will be held at the Palisade Civic Center.
"It won't go on the ballot, but the public will have time to give their public comment tonight, as well as when it goes to the board of trustees, they'll have time for public comment as well,” says Town of Palisade Allyson Shellhorn.
Earlier this year, another proposal to bring residential homes to Palisade was denied by Trustees.
