CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- The Colorado man accused of killing his fiancée and the mother of his child plead not guilty according to our sister stations on the front range.
He appeared in a Teller County courtroom for his arraignment hearing Friday morning.
32-year-old Patrick Frazee is accused of killing and burning the body of 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth last November.
He faces 8 total charges, including two counts of first-degree murder.
The case now will head to a trial.
The District Attorney said his office will have 9 weeks after Frazee enters a plea to decide if they will pursue the death penalty.
