Museums of Western Colorado celebrate spring with 'A Day in the Orchard'
For the first time this season, the Museums of Western Colorado invited guests to spend a ‘Day at the Orchard' on Saturday.
Team members planted six new trees, at the historic site.
The Grand Junction Senior Theater performed a historical "melodrama" and the Palisade Historical Society came out to educate visitors, offering insight into the area's agricultural history.
The Day in the Orchard is a small event; it's a way to get ready for the historic site's opening in May, and operation through October.
