Multiple agencies searched in the area of 29 Road, to Las Colonias, the Riverside area and on residential properties and outbuildings.

UPDATE: 10:40 a.m. Monday morning the Delta County Sheriff’s office said Loehr hasn’t been found yet.

They said the department of corrections has received reports of possible sightings in the Grand Junction area, and are looking into those reports Monday morning.

The sheriff's office again stressed the importance of calling 911 if you see Loehr.

Original story: A man escaped the Delta Correctional Facility Saturday night and is on the loose.

Police are looking for Adam Loehr, a 44-year-old white male who’s 5’7” tall, and weighs 134 lbs. He’s wearing green clothes and black boots, according to Delta County authorities. They say call 911 immediately if you see him.

The Colorado Department of Corrections said they found out Loehr was missing during an inmate count at 10 p.m. on Saturday. He was convicted in El Paso County for attempting to influence a public officer, criminal impersonation, substance abuse and menacing.

No information was immediately available about where he may be headed.
