Grand Valley distillery expanding to the Front Range

PALISADE, Colo. (KJCT)-- Two businesses are joining forces in order to bring a taste of the Western Slope to the Front Range.

Peach Street Distillery in Palisade and Ska Brewing in Durango are coming together to open a "Brewstillery" in Boulder. The bar will brew Ska beers and distill Peach Street's spirits all while customers sip on a drink.

"We create spirits fresh from scratch, from grain to glass or fruit to glass, and so obviously those spirits will be right there in the Boulder location," said Bill Graham, President of Peach Street Distillery.

You'll also be able to enjoy some food showcasing the products of Grand Valley farmers.

"It's a great foodie community and I think it's a great place to bring our farm-to-table Western Slope concept to bare. People will appreciate it," said Dustin Lemoine, Sales and Marketing for Peach Street Distillery.

The "brewstillery" will open in March of 2020.
