Gov. orders flags lowered to honor Tilman Bishop

Flags will be lowered to half-staff in Colorado next week, to honor Tilman Bishop.

According to a press release Friday, Governor Jared Polis ordered the United States and Colorado flags on public buildings be lowered from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, June 25.

Tilman “Tillie” Bishop served nearly 30 years in the Colorado legislature.

He died on Sunday.
