Friday in Denver is the federal court hearing for suspect Richard Holzer. Holzer was arrested on November 1st for allegations that he planned to bomb an historic synagogue.

According to the Associated Press, the hearing will review the evidence and determine whether he should be released from jail or not. The 27-year-old was being investigated by the FBI. He is accused of accepting fake explosives from undercover agents and was planning to bomb Temple Emanuel in Pueblo.

An undercover agent was messaging him through Facebook and investigators say he promoted white supremacy and violence on several accounts.

More information will be released after his hearing.
