MESA, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- A monster storm is moving through the state is gong to bring wicked weather across Colorado.

The storm has already brought some rain to the valleys, and it's expected to continue through Wednesday night. There's a slight chance of a little snow for the valleys, but the snow is expected to pile up in the mountains.

"Some of the highest elevations could see an excess of two feet, now that's not going to be everywhere, but most of the higher peaks will be around two feet. Maybe even a bit higher than that," said Scott Stearns, National Weather Service.

The storm is forecasted to intensify as it crosses over to the Front Range. The Denver area is currently under a Blizzard Warning.
