Reports of robbery at Wells Fargo

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT)- A suspect is still on the loose after allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo.
Police received reports of a robbery that took place at the Wells Fargo off of 28th and North Avenue in Grand Junction.

This happened around 3:45 pm on Thursday.
Police say the suspect is a white male, who was last seen wearing a Boston Red Sox baseball cap, dark sunglasses, a tan winter jacket, and has a light-colored goatee. He left the scene before police arrived.

A customer who spoke to our reporter says the man pushed him and some others and went up to the counter.

He then took off on foot heading northeast. The customer did not see any weapons and did not see the person pull away in a vehicle.

Officers with the Grand Junction Police Department immediately searched the area.
