CLEAR CREEK COUNTY, Colo. (KJCT)- CDOT has announced that westbound I-70 will be closed for an extended amount of time due to a rockslide near Idaho Springs.
CDOT advises travelers to seek alternate routes.

If you need to travel west from the Front Range today, Hwy 285 will be the most likely option.
