GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)- Arc Thrift Store held a job fair to hire for positions at their new store opening here in Grand Junction.

Some of those positions include cashiers, supervisors, and production for both full time and part-time options. The job fair goes on until Friday. The local thrift store is set to open up on North Avenue in the same shopping center as Carl’s Junior and Rib City.

"Just make sure you bring all your paperwork because you have to fill out a background check, that's what we do look for when people do apply. So make you know your social security number, your license number and then bring your resume,” states store manager Brandon Hardman. “We'd like to see what you've done, you know."

Based on a recent study by the University of Denver, Arc Thrift Stores has a $2.3 billion impact on the state’s economy.
