Cyndy started her career as a 17-year-old intern and camera operator in Kalispell, Montana in 1981. Since then, she’s worked in Lewiston, Idaho, Tri Cities and Spokane, Washington. She comes to Grand Junction from NBC Montana where she headed up an investigative unit and worked as the Assistant News Director.
Bernie has spent several years as an anchor, reporter and producer in Grand Junction, Colorado. He's been married to his wife Kelli since 2001. They have three boys ages 13, 11 and 8.
Anchor Jean Reynolds has been with KKCO since the inception of its news programming 12 years ago.
Adam Woodbrey, joined the team in July 2021 producer and reporter. Now he's anchoring the weeknight news.
Kacie Sinton is the Digital Content and News Director for KJCT, and joined in April of 2022. She was born in St. George, Utah, but has spent the majority of her life on the Western Slope. Kacie has a BA in Mass Communication and Media Strategies from Colorado Mesa University.
Cristian graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in May 2021. He is a Multimedia Journalist.
Joshua is the news photographer for KJCT. He got a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication with a focus on video production and journalism from Colorado Mesa University in 2016. He joined the team at KJCT News 8 in 2021.
Hannah graduated from Dixie State University in December 2021. She joined the team as an evening anchor in February 2022 before moving into the morning anchor position.
Gabriel Gonzalez is one of our newest MMJ’s who comes from San Antonio, Texas. Gabriel earned his degree in radio, television, and broadcasting from San Antonio College and his bachelor’s in communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Kaia graduated with her Associates degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities in December of 2021. She is currently progressing toward her Bachelors in Mass Communications. Kaia joined the team in July of 2022 as a Digital Content Producer.
Chief Meteorologist Stephen Bowers joined KKCO 11 News in May 2022. Stephen comes to KKCO from Gray Television sister station in Mississippi. Colorado is familiar territory for Stephen. He worked for about five years on the other side of the mountains in Colorado Springs.
Chris is the weekend meteorologist for KKCO.
