D51 schools to delay start Thursday

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - D51 schools will start two hours late on Thursday.
According to an email from the school district, all schools will be on delayed start on Feb. 16 due to forecasts for single-digit temperatures.
Officials say before-school programs will be closed, but after-school care will still be open.
