DEVELOPING: Man found in desert suffered injuries “consistent with stab wounds”

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - Wednesday afternoon authorities responded to the desert area in the 700 block of 33 Road after they received reports that an injured man had been found.

Details are extremely limited at this point, but the Grand Junction Police Department says that it was an adult male who was found and that the injuries he suffered were “consistent with stab wounds.” Authorities transported the man to the hospital, but his condition remains unknown.
