Mary Rogers, RN and Shaman will guide us through an experiential discussion about our energy fields. We will explore the concept of the energy field – what it is, how it works, and how and why it is important to our health and well-being. Mary will introduce techniques that will help you become familiar with your own energy field, teach some simple ways to check in with your field, to clear unwanted/unnecessary energies, and to repair and fortify your boundaries.

We will then explore how you can actively work with your field to bring in and hold on to new positive energy, plant seeds for future potentials, and learn how to fertilize and maintain the energy and momentum through simple lifestyle changes and exercises that will help nurture your seeds to fruition. Come ready to play!
Cost is $25. Tickets available at City Market, by phone at 1-866-464-2626, or online at www.TicketsWest.com

When Deb loses her most precious possession—the notes to her graduate thesis—she unwittingly starts a chain of events that turns the ordinary days of four New Yorkers into something extraordinary.
