Lindsey Pallares joined the KJCT News Team in March of 2014, and couldn't be more excited to make the beautiful Western Slope her new home!
Lindsey graduated from UCLA (Go Bruins!) in June of 2013 with a degree in English Literature and a minor in Film and Television Studies. She’s always had a passion for writing and reporting, and after college she devoted all efforts into breaking into the broadcast industry.
During college Lindsey was highly involved with several film and television studios, working in talent management at ICM Partners, production at CBS Television, sports broadcasting at Fox Sports, and field reporting at the Fox News Channel. Before making the big move to Colorado, she was working as news assistant at KABC-TV in Los Angeles.
Lindsey was born and raised in Southern California, so she can’t wait for summer sun and to take advantage of all the wonderful outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer. When she’s not in the not in the newsroom, you can catch Lindsey tumbling around the gymnastics gym, catching the latest sports game, or hiking a new trail with her newsie friends.
If you have any story ideas, she’d love to hear to from you!
