Predators 4, Red Wings 3 (OT): Nashville captain Shea Weber scored his third goal in as many games 44 seconds into overtime to lift the Predators over visiting Detroit.Weber fired the puck into a vacant net after Colin Wilson shot it wide on a rush for Nashville, which improved to 4-5 in games decided after regulation this season. Defenseman Roman Josi scored his first of the season, Craig Smith and Gabriel Bourque netted first-period goals and Pekka Rinne made 26 saves.Pavel Datsyuk tied the game with a wonderful individual effort and assisted on Dan Cleary's short-handed goal, while Jordin Tootoo added his first for the Red Wings in his first meeting with his former team. Jonas Gustavsson stopped 16 shots in relief of Jimmy Howard, who allowed two goals on seven shots before leaving with an upper-body injury.Just 36 seconds after Josi gave the Predators a 3-2 lead, Datsyuk took the puck in his own zone and raced up the ice. After skating around three Predators at Nashville's blue line, he flipped a shot under Rinne's blocker with 6 1/2 minutes left in the third to forge a tie.Smith opened the scoring on the power play when he finished a cross-crease feed from Wilson, who extended his point streak to five games. Bourque tipped defenseman Scott Hannan's point shot to make it 2-0 midway through the first period and Howard was pulled soon after.
