Abel Nunez sentenced
A Grand Junction man accused of eluding police and using controlled substances has been sentenced to six years in the Department of Corrections.
36 year-old Abel Nunez was arrested in October of 2012 after hiding in a bathroom in the 400 block of 32 1/2 road.
He pleaded guilty to a controlled substance with intent charge last month.
