FRUITA, Colo. Kids in the Fruita area will spend the next 9 weeks learning all about digital photography, in the Digital Shutter Bug class at the Mesa County’s Fruita Library.
The class taught by Fruita Times photographer Charles Pearson, will show kids the ins and outs of photography, from lighting and composition, to editing and how to properly use a digital camera.
The class provides kids will loaner cameras and they spent first two weeks looking at different types of photos and then will spend the rest of the time out in the field practicing.
The library will be hosting an exhibit at the end of the summer to display all of the pictures the class took.
