South Korea More than 200 people are missing and over 100 have been rescued after a ferry sank off the coast of South Korea.
At least 7 people are confirmed dead, and South Korean officials say they will continue the search throughout the night to find the people still missing.
The ferry set sail Tuesday from a port city near Seoul to an island known as South Korea's Hawaii.
Along the southwestern coast on route to Jeju Island, eyewitnesses say there was a loud bang and the ferry went out of control.
The ferry sent out a distress call but survivors say that there was confusion among the passengers about where to go.
Most of the people who were on board were students set to go on a 4 day school field trip.
