Crime Stoppers looks to public to ID theft suspect

Mesa County, Colo. -- This week, Crime Stoppers of Mesa County needs your help in identifying and locating the suspect or suspects involved in a burglary.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on Friday, Apr. 4 and 6 a.m. on Monday, Apr.7, a burglary occurred at the Colorado Department of Transportation located at 606 S. 9th Street. While inside, suspects removed two HP laptop computers, a Sunielco 42” flat screen TV, two LG 47” flat screen TVs, JVC DVD/VCR Player, Sony CD/cassette player and a set of Sony speakers. The total estimated property loss is over $5,600.

If you know the identity or location of the suspects involved in this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 241-7867. Information reported to Crime Stoppers that leads to an arrest can earn you up to a $1,000 cash reward and you will remain completely anonymous.
