Yampa rafting season running out of steam

Rafting companies say it has been a brutal year, with water levels far below yearly averages.
According to Steamboat Today (http://bit.ly/KMt4Cl), the National Weather Service says the river could close to rafting and tubing to protect wildlife as early as Wednesday.
