Winner of Holiday Lights Contest announced
KJCT would like to congratulate Dustin Duncan for winning 2012's Holiday Lights Contest on kjct8.com.
Duncan's photo had the most viewer votes, and for his beautiful photo, he will receive a $500 gift certificate from Home Again.
