I was born and raised in the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado. I moved to Denver and attended college at the University of Denver and the Ohio Center for Broadcasting. I completed an internship with Altitude Sports, home of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche, which, given my love of sports was an absolute dream! I learned a great deal there and had the opportunity to be part of an amazing team.

I came to the Western Slope in search of an opportunity that would immerse me in a dynamic, professional news environment and help me acquire well rounded experience as I pursue my passion in the world of broadcasting, and that's exactly what I found here at KJCT News 8. I am excited about working with an amazing team, learning and doing all I can.

In my free time I enjoy anything and everything that's outdoors in Colorado and the Western Slope is ideal for just that. I'm passionate about my Colorado sports teams with my beloved Broncos being at the top of the list. I'm adventurous and love to travel, try exotic foods and experience new things. I'll try just about anything once.
