Thursday is the final night for the Downtown Grand Junction Farmer's Market.
Vendors prepared all day for the final event of the season.
Z's Orchard is one of the many vendors you'll find on Main Street. According to owner Carol Zadrozny, Z's Orchard was one of four businesses to participate in the first event.
Zadrozny says the market has been great for her business. The exposure helps her bottom line and she says they've made a lot of great business connections throughout the Grand Valley.
KJCT talked with Zadrozny an hour before the final night kicked off.
"It's a little bittersweet, that would be a good way to put it. The work [is] intense everyday, seven days a week [of] work kind of comes to an end, but then the beautiful peaches aren't coming in out of the orchard anymore," said Zadrozny.
During the off-season, Z's Orchard makes a lot of jam and jelly products to stay busy.
If you want a chance to grab some delicious peaches, or other produce, the final night of the Downtown Farmer's Markets goes until 7:00 p.m. Thursday.
