A Logan-area teenager has been sentenced to up to 15 years in prison for his part in a crime spree that ended with him holding a gun to the head of convenience store clerk.
Sixteen-year-old Lolo Latu was one of three teenagers charged with stealing guns from a pawnshop, stealing a car and then threatening the store clerk after he had just closed up shop in December of last year.
Latu pleaded guilty in September to aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, and theft, a second-degree felony.
The Herald Journal (http://bit.ly/YcPMZk ) reports he was sentenced Monday by First District Court Judge Thomas L. Willmore.
