Officials have identified the two people involved in the last week's murder-suicide in Montrose County.

Police say Jamie Myrick, 35, was found shot multiple times inside the upstairs bedroom of a home. Perry Adam, 47, was found dead in a nearby shed.

Myrick's family tells us the two were in an on-again, off-again relationship before things got violent. They say she even got a restraining order against Adam.

Myrick was reported missing after she never showed up for work last week. Family members have since set up a fund for her surviving 9-year-old son at US Bank.
