The Season of Giving

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -

It's the season of giving, and thankfully there are many people who are concentrating on giving back to others for the holidays.

We were curious about what kids were expecting to get this year for their Christmas presents.

Young Max Adamson said he'd rather give than receive.

"I like giving gifts, especially charity gifts to others, like helping out at the homeless shelters, maybe giving gifts like food drives those kinds of things, I think that's a better feeling than receiving gifts," said Max.

Max says he looks forward to doing more charity work, and he's already participated in a couple of fund-raisers like filling a box with school supplies and toys for needy children.
