Fire crews near Durango have started getting the upper hand on the Stateline Fire which has burned at least two structures.

Officials say the fire has burned 350 acres including some buildings along U.S. Highway 550. and is about 15% contained.

According to reports, a small building has been destroyed and damage has been done to a well pad in the area. A total of six homes were evacuated overnight, the newspaper says.

A swath of fire crews are on the scene including one helicopter doing water drops. Officials say the fire was human caused.
