State Park closes boat launch, swimming beach
This year's heat and drought are now impacting recreation in western Colorado.
Monday, officials at Crawford State Park announced they have closed the boat ramp and swim beach because of low water.
The park will remain open to hand launched vessels like canoes and kayaks.
