AVON, Colo. -

The SnowBall Music Festival is moving next year after Avon officials complained about drug and alcohol problems.

According to the Vail Daily (http://bit.ly/LoLmYH ), promoters told city officials Monday they are going to find a new home after the Avon Town Council raised questions about the three-day music and dance fest. A new venue has not been announced.

About 140 people were taken into custody in March on charges including trespassing, assault, and drug possession.
