A man known as "Music Dave" is being sought by the FBI.

His real name is James David Tiner, and he's being sought for crimes against a child here in Colorado. 

In the spring of this year, the victim's mother contacted police alleging the sexual abuse of her daughter, which is said to have occurred between September of 2009 and June of the following year.

During that time, the victim was just 8 years old. The victim attended Tiner's home for music lessons in Palisade, and it is alleged Tiner had at least 4 sexual encounters with the victim.  A search of Tiner's home also allegedly revealed multiple videos and photographs of the victim in the nude, while performing sexual acts with Tiner.

Additional photographs of unknown young girls were also alleged to have been found in Tiner's home. 

Tiner had listed himself in a local paper as a music teacher for hire.

On April 20, 2012, a state arrest warrant was issued for Tiner by the District/County Court here in Mesa County, after Tiner was charged with sexual assault on a child, sexual assault on a child - pattern of abuse, and sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.

On June 11th, a federal arrest warrant was issued in US District Court for the District of Colorado, after Tiner was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

James David Tiner, also known as Dave or "Music Dave" was born July 21, 1953. 

He is 5'11" tall and weighs around 155lbs.

He is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes.

Tiner may be driving a red Isuzu Rodeo with Colorado plates registered as 577YGP or unknown Arkansas plates.  He may be with his dog, known as "Kili".

Tiner is known as an outdoorsman and may be staying in campgrounds or national parks.  He is also known to abuse drugs and hast ties to the Little Rock, Arkansas area, where he was last seen June 15, 2012.
