The Delta County Coroner has released the identity of a man who died after rolling his Ford Bronco near Eckert on Wednesday.

The coroner said his office notified the family of Vincent Martinez Medrano.

Medrano was a 60-year-old from Eckert.

The coroner said he died from traumatic injuries after rolling his SUV on Highway 65 near Oatman Road. The accident happened around 10:50 a.m.

Emergency crews arrived quickly but Medrano was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Colorado State Patrol, Cedaredge Police Department and Delta County Sheriff's Office were at the scene for several hours, which led to some traffic congestion on Highway 65.
