Last minute holiday shopping
"I haven't bought anything for her yet. I haven't bought anything for her yet either."
"Put it off, haven't gotten anything yet."
"We're down here just checking out the stores seeing if others last minute items."
It's one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year. Experts say the last days before Christmas are even busier than black Friday.
However; many people still have lots of shopping to do.
"Been a little late this year, I'm looking for some men in mu life, they're hard to by presents for."
"It's rough I got nine brothers and sisters and I have big family."
"Who do you need to buy a present for? My sister, my other sister and lots of people."
Some people however have done their planning
"I’ve been done for about a month ago and my husband just got out of school at CMU so he finished, he did everything in one day a couple days ago."
Some shoppers are done, many are not.
Some folks say they're not doing any holiday shopping this year.
Like Mike Furness, who says shopping isn't what Christmas is about.
"I don't Christmas shop because I think that part of Christmas has gone bad, it's too commercialized. I take into account what Christmas was meant to be when i was growing up. I think a lot of times like Macy’s and stuff, all the businesses use it for money making. Instead of what the real meaning of having family and religious purposes of it," said Furness.
Everyone does their holidays a little differently, but as for the kids, they seem to have their Christmas list ready for Santa.
"I would like a computer so I can look at things for homework"
“A Lego rock monster"
"I'm excited for a little bit of one direction stuff"
"Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!"
