GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -

Lanes of Interstate 70 at Vail were closed following a fuel spill.

The closure began around 5 a.m. Sunday morning between mile markers 171 and 168 after a jackknifed semi-truck had its fuel tanks rupture.

Crews cleaned up the spilled diesel in both lanes.

Both sides of I-70 were reopened around 9 a.m.

No injuries were reported.
