Map for Rock Slide
An early morning rock slide impacted traffic at mile marker 57 Monday.
Around 5:00 a.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation reported a rock slide which occurred at Mile Marker 57 on Highway 65.
The rock slide closed the highway in both directions between Mesa and I-70. Traffic was alternated using one lane for about an hour.
At 7:52 a.m., CDOT reported that both lanes were back open to traffic.
