Grammy nominated pianist David Lanz is coming to Grand Junction this weekend, and its all for a good cause.
He’s performing Saturday at CMU's recital hall.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Marsha Thomas endowment fund through Colorado Public Radio and Hospice and Palliative care of Western Colorado.
Lanz is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the album that topped the new age charts for months.
Event coordinators say Lanz coming to Grand Junction is big news for local arts.
The concert starts at 7pm.
Tickets are $20 for general admission and $45 for golden concert tickets.
