GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -

Grand Junction is competing against 200 other cities across the country trying to land $1 million to fight hunger and you can help.

The communities qualify for the WalMart Facebook vote because of high unemployment rates. The retailer will also award 20 other finalists.

All you have to do is log on to WalMart's Facebook page and cast your vote. The community with the most votes wins the grand prize; the 20 other finalists will get $50,000.

Voting ends on Monday, April 30.
