Biking, if it gets your juices going, you aren't alone, especially here on the Western Slope.
Now, one of the Meccas of biking in the entire country, the City of Fruita, is looking to you to capture some of your biking adventures on camera.
The "F" Town Film Contest is looking for entries to its contest that feature some of your favorite biking stories, stunts, and views from around the Grand Valley.
Kelley Griffin, with Fruita Parks and Recreation, says her department is looking forward to seeing some of the ideas people come up with.
"You know, Fruita has become a good biking destination and we want to spread the word to even more people about biking in the area," Griffin said. "And we also want to increase participation in arts and cultural events such as a film festival.
Griffin says the first-annual contest offers a cash prize that could be up to two-hundred bucks.
All film entries will be shown throughout the film festival which takes place October 20th.
You can find out how to submit an entry by logging onto: www.f-townfilmfest.com
