Free bowling event for kids
The Grand Junction Police Department and the Mesa County Sheriff's Office are hosting the annual “Bowl With A Cop” event on Thursday at Orchard Mesa Lanes, 295 27 Rd.
Every year the officers spend time meeting and interacting with local kids at the bowling alley during Christmas break.
The games are free, thanks to the folks at Orchard Mesa Lanes, and no registration is needed.
Kids can just show up and have some fun.
The event will be from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Thursday, December 27th.
