District attorney to decide charges in ski death

ASPEN, Colo. -

Pitkin County sheriff's investigators are turning over the results of their investigation into the death of a skier on Aspen Mountain to the district attorney on Friday.
    
The district attorney is being asked to determine if charges will be filed in the death of Natalie Egleston, who died from injuries she suffered after a collision with another skier Monday on Aspen Mountain.
    
According to the Aspen Times (http://tinyurl.com/aoyl7vd), Virginia Chen of New York City collided with Egleston, causing a serious brain injury and cracked ribs.
