There seems to be some controversy with the Montrose County Fair Board. At last weeks meeting, 6 of the 14 board members resigned from their positions. The board members were fed up with the way decisions were being made.

The board is responsible for the year round work of organizing the Montrose County fair and rodeo. The county commissioners say the seats need to be filled soon and they're accepting applications. You can stop by the Montrose County administration building if you're interested.
